   Raw Material Selection

   Petroleum coke and coal tar pitch are carefully selected for purity and consistency.

   Calcination & Milling

   Raw materials are calcined and milled into fine particles for uniform mixing.

   Kneading & Pressing

   Mixed materials are kneaded and extruded into green electrodes under high pressure.

   Baking & Impregnation

   Green electrodes are baked at high temperatures and impregnated to increase density.

   Graphitization

   Electrodes are heated to over 2800°C in Acheson furnaces to achieve full graphitization.

   Machining & Inspection

   Precision machining and 100% quality testing ensure dimensional accuracy and performance.
