Frequently Asked Questions

Are your bags truly compostable?

Yes. All our biodegradable bags are certified to international standards including EN13432, OK Compost, BPI (ASTM D6400), and AS4736/AS5810, ensuring full compostability in industrial and/or home composting environments.

What is the difference between biodegradable and compostable?

Biodegradable means the material breaks down naturally over time. Compostable means it breaks down into non-toxic components (water, CO2, biomass) within a specific timeframe under composting conditions, leaving no residue.

Can I customize the size, color, and print?

Absolutely. We offer full customization for size, thickness, color, scent (for pet bags), and printing. We support OEM and private label orders with MOQs tailored to your needs.

What markets do you export to?

We export globally, with primary markets in Oceania (40%), Northern and Western Europe (40%), and North America (20%). Our logistics team ensures smooth international shipping.

How do you ensure product quality?

We conduct strict in-house testing and third-party certification. We also provide pre-production samples and batch testing reports upon request to ensure consistency and compliance.
