Multi-composite Rare-earth Tungsten Electrode

Non-radioactive, eco-friendly electrode with mixed rare-earth oxides. Superior arc stability and longer life compared to thoriated types.

Ceriated Tungsten Electrode

Ideal for DC welding at low amperage. Starts easily, requires 10% less current than thoriated electrodes, and offers excellent arc stability.

Pure Tungsten Electrode

Also known as wolfram electrode. Available with black, polished, or ground surface. Best suited for AC welding of aluminum and magnesium alloys.

Lanthanum Tungsten Electrode (WL)

Contains 1.30–1.70% lanthanum. Offers excellent arc ignition, re-ignition, and stability. Suitable for both AC and DC applications.

Yttriated Tungsten Electrode

Used in military and aviation industries. Features narrow arc beam, high compressive strength, and deep penetration at medium to high currents.

Zirconiated Tungsten Electrode (WZ8)

Provides extremely stable arc and resists tungsten spitting. Ideal for AC welding due to balled tip retention and high contamination resistance.

Thoriated Tungsten Electrode (WT20)

Contains 1.70–2.20% thorium. Offers excellent arc stability and high current-carrying capacity. Recommended for DC welding applications.
