Founded in 2010, Frey New Energy manufactures specialty lithium LiFePO4 battery cells, modules, and custom battery packs for heavy-duty machines and vehicles that demand constant high-capacity motive power and traction power. Durable, reliable, and explosion-proof, our power solutions are widely used in underground mining trucks, where safety is critical.

R&D Excellence

Frey New Energy was founded in July 2010 by PhDs from the China University of Mining and Technology, members of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and industrial experts.

We operate our own Lithium-Ion Battery Engineering R&D center and partner with leading universities, including a joint Lithium-Ion Battery Lab with the China University of Mining and Technology.
