FUZHOU HAILIN POWER CO., LTD. was founded in 1999 in Fuzhou, China. We specialize in designing and manufacturing air cooled diesel engines, diesel generators, diesel water pumps, and centrifugal pumps.
Our new manufacturing plant spans 66,000 m² in Yixu Machinery Garden, enabling efficient production and superior quality control. With over 300 employees — more than 5% dedicated to R&D — we continuously innovate to meet global demands.
HAILIN Power is ISO 9001:2015, CE 2006/42/EC, GS/TUV, and EURO 5 (NSAI) certified, reflecting our commitment to low-emission, high-quality diesel products that contribute to a healthier, greener planet.

Our Journey
1999
Founded in Zu Lan Li, Cangshan District, Fuzhou. Began production of diesel engines, generators, water pumps, and metal parts.
2001
Achieved ISO 9001 certification, affirming our commitment to quality and customer service.
2003
Our single-cylinder engines passed EPA standards, becoming the first Chinese brand to enter the North American market. Also obtained CE certification.
2004
HL2500, HL4000, HL3500SE, and HL5000SE generator series achieved GS certification.
2014
Moved all major production lines to the new 66,000 m² facility in Yixu Machinery Garden. Water pumps received AAA International Quality Technical rating.
2019
HL178FA(E), HL186FA(E), and HL188FV(E) single-cylinder engines achieved EURO 5 certification for cleaner emissions in the EU market.
