What Is Rotomolding Mold?

A rotomolding mold is a heated cavity containing plastic powder inside. During processing, the mold is installed on the rotational molding machine for dual-axis rotation (i.e., rotating around both the main and auxiliary shafts simultaneously). When the mold is heated, the plastic powder gradually melts and uniformly adheres to the inner wall of the mold. After cooling, the plastic solidifies, and opening the mold yields a hollow plastic product.
